Welcome
About
I’m Kelly Gorman, a registered social worker, living and practicing in Peterborough/Nogojiwanong, and Toronto, ON. I prioritize creating a genuine, collaborative, and safe space where clients can explore their emotions and experiences.
My hope is that I can support clients to find deeper connection and meaning in their lives. My practice is holistic, intuitive, and grounded in mindfulness-based approaches. I integrate evidence-based practices to support clients with a wide range of concerns, including grief and loss, depression, anxiety, trauma, and identity exploration.
I hold a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Toronto (2011) and have gained experience in both community development and clinical practice with an interdisciplinary family health team, working with a diverse range of clients. I have also completed post-graduate training in Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) and psychedelic-assisted therapy.
I am deeply committed to inclusivity, social justice, and working through a trauma-informed, anti-oppressive lens.
